1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and applying as a delegate or delegation head. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
2. Registration and approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat. Applications are confirmed only after payment is verified by the finance team and the application is approved by the secretariat. Committee allocations are made at the organisers' discretion and subject to capacity.
3. Payment and refunds
Delegate fees must be paid in full and a legible receipt uploaded before verification. Fraudulent or altered receipts result in immediate rejection. Unless stated otherwise in writing, registration fees are non-refundable once an application has been approved.
4. Delegate pass
Your digital pass and QR code are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, duplicating or tampering with a pass may lead to entry being refused and registration being cancelled without refund.
5. Conduct
Delegates are expected to follow the rules of procedure, venue regulations and the instructions of the organising team. Harassment, discrimination, disruption or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the conference.
6. Acceptable use of this platform
You may not attempt to access data belonging to other users, probe or bypass security controls, automate abusive requests, or upload malicious files. Access may be suspended for any such activity.
7. Changes and liability
Conference dates, venue and programme may change; we will notify registered delegates of material changes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and the organisers are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
